WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

TITLES is seeking out dynamic and experienced Artist Partnerships manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, pitching, and onboarding artists onto the TITLES platform and protocol. You’re an imaginative and seasoned professional with outstanding organization and communication skills. You’re well networked in the art industry, specifically in the NFT space, and have an active network on social platforms like Twitter, Instagram, etc. You are you very core, care about the ideas presented at TITLES and how artists can take ownership of themselves in an AI-first future.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Manage the sourcing of artists through through various pipeline means including exhibitions, galleries, online platforms, artist networks, and online scraping.
• Perform outreach for new models, manage scheduling intro calls with artists, pitch our platform and its benefits to prospective artists, and handle follow ups.
• Manage the artist onboarding and end-to-end training process by collaborate with our tech team to ensure the AI models meet the artists' needs and expectations. (e.g. initial training, feedback, etc.)
• Maintain strong relationships with artists, providing ongoing support and addressing any concerns or issues.
• Develop and implement creative strategies to attract artists to our platform.
• Regularly report on partnership activities and their outcomes in addition communicating product feedback and ideas from artists with leadership team.

SKILLS WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

• Proven experience in a similar role within the art and crypto industry.
• Solid online presence across platforms like Twitter, Instagram, etc.
• Excellent networking skills, with a broad contact base in the art world.
• Strong understanding of AI technology, particularly in relation to the creation of art.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
• Strategic thinking with a creative approach to problem-solving.
