WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

TITLES is on the hunt for a Senior Product Designer to help us ideate, design, and implement simple consumer consumer experiences across the TITLE ecosystem. You’re an imaginative and seasoned professional with outstanding design capabilities and a deep comprehension of decentralized application design principles. You enjoy thinking critically about the best ways to build the simplest experience and are willing to collaborate closely with engineering to find the best solutions. Finally, you design and iterate quickly and aren't afraid to change course in the face of new information.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Design well refined features for decentralized AI products across web and mobile.
• Contribute across product strategy, feedback sessions, and brainstorming.
• Design and ideate on wireframes, low/high fidelity mockups, and prototypes.
• Proactively conduct user research and testing to understand features and their audiences.
• Manage projects from idea to launch with an advocation for the best user experience.
• Help ideate and create designs for one-off graphic content used across socials.
• Collaborate closely with teams across engineering and marketing to ensure designs are aligned the companies goals.

SKILLS WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• Solid knowledge of web3 technologies, such as blockchain and smart contracts.
• Strong understanding and familiarity of design principles for web and mobile applications.
• Excellent communication skills, proven record of documentation, and attention to detail.
• Understanding of user research, testing, and iterative methodologies.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to learn quickly and work in areas beyond your core competencies.
